if this isn't what i love, then i don't know what is. dempsey hill is pretty much a nice quiet place which, with a car, everyone should go.

christmas this year, felt/is livelier.

christmas eve.. over at jm's place. what, with roasted chicken(last year's was much better though small), wholemeal wraps, honey-baked ham, mozzarella cheese, sushi, sparkling juice. and then dancing awkwardly to the tv with kinect. don't ask me, i can't dance for nuts and i was like.. /stiff/. when it was time to go home, i wanted to take a stroll. but this christmas, it drizzled so i can't and had to take a cab. $6.40 to get from bedok north st 2 to bedok north st 3. wooo. on whatsapp, i have cb and joce getting high and tipsy and drunk(eventually) at their own respective venues.

boxing day.. vernon insisted that we need to do a gift exchange. NOT LIKE WE REALLY WANT IT BUT YEA. xq managed to get the car so yes we went dempsey. and guess what, reservation was supposedly 7.15-7.30pm but we were an hour late. i love these people. nice place, nice ambiance, with the right(and funny) company. and then the person at ben and jerry told us they are closing at 11 when we stepped in. 1 hour. that's right. then the air-con was off and we had to leave.

it was a lovely christmas afterall. and the christmas cards that i received, i love them. so fucking much.

anw, probably gonna go nowhere for new year countdown. yet again. idk. just broke and.. no plans. as usual. and working on the first day of 2012. it sucks, but i can't say no to my colleague who picked that day for her ROM and need to swap one of her off days with me, right? seriously, it sucks. but argh. i'm taking that as good deed done. for a good start of everything in 2012.

p/s. yea, mom and dad are finally safely home from dinner. i can sleep now. nights.
